Intermedix is committed to compliance and this commitment is evidenced in the quality services we deliver to our clients. The Intermedix Compliance Program is a formal program that follows the applicable Federal guidelines and the Office of Inspector General model compliance plan. To help ensure that Intermedix is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, this program includes dedicated compliance officers, a compliance audit function, documented policies and procedures, a compliance hotline, and employee new hire and annual training programs. In addition, we engage third-party auditors to perform coding, SAS No. 70, and financial audits.
