About Jack

Jack Donahue is the Executive Vice President of EMS of Intermedix.

In his role, Jack is responsible for all aspects of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) division, including growth, innovation, client satisfaction, and financial success.

Prior to his current role, Jack supported all Intermedix divisions as an Executive Vice President of Shared Services. Working closely with company leadership his team executed a change management strategy that lead to the establishment and growth of our largest international office in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Jack joined Intermedix in 2004 and has been an instrumental leader during the growth of the company. He began his career at Intermedix by helping EMS agencies purchase and implement ePCR technology. Shortly thereafter, he oversaw information technology and support across the company. After that, he led EMS revenue cycle management client services and operations for the Southeast region. Jack also led product management for our RCM platform and field solutions, including TripTix, Fleeteyes and several other products.

Before joining Intermedix, Jack was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen, a business consulting firm, where he led the design and implementation of strategic financial technology and process solutions for companies across a diverse set of industries.

Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration and an Executive Masters in Health Administration from the University of Florida.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing sports with his children, exercising, and saltwater fly-fishing. In addition, Jack is a three-time ironman distance triathlon finisher.
