Intermedix Focuses on 2016 Expansion, Hires Chief Sales Officer

Coopersmith joins Intermedix bringing vast health care experience.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. Dec. 16, 2015 – Intermedix Corporation announced on Wednesday the addition of Conrad Coopersmith to the company's executive leadership team as chief sales officer. headshot_conradcoopersmith.jpg

Coopersmith comes to Intermedix with more than 15 years of experience in leading health care and analytics business development teams. Most recently, he served as the national vice president of sales at RelayHealth Intelligence, a technology division of McKesson Corporation.

“At Intermedix, we currently have a strong focus on the next stage of growth,” said Intermedix CEO Joel Portice. “In order continue on our path for exponential growth in 2016 and beyond, we knew we needed a sales leader with the experience and expertise to drive new business development.”

Bringing deep expertise in sales leadership with a focus on predictable results, Coopersmith will lead all sales activities for all business units at Intermedix.

“I am enthusiastic to join the Intermedix team,” said Coopersmith. “The opportunities for growth at this organization are endless, and I am excited to lead the expansion of existing and new markets.”

Coopersmith will be focusing on sales strategy for the company’s health care and emergency preparedness offerings, as well as developing sales strategies for the newly announced analytics business unit.

Coopersmith holds a bachelor’s in communications from Baker University.
