WebEOC was created with crisis management and public safety officials in mind, and has evolved to incorporate business resiliency for multi-sector corporations. WebEOC promotes situational awareness, connecting your organization's data sources into a common operating picture that's configurable and easy to use.
WebEOC helps you build a common repository of information for daily use. Personnel can keep track of files, contact information, plans, procedures, and compliance reports.
WebEOC provides position-specific activity logging and significant events tracking for a real-time common operating picture of the lifecycle of an incident. Situational reports, or SITREPs, can be easily published in ICS or ESF format, including ICS 214.
WebEOC allows for resource requests to be submitted in the field through any mobile device. The received requests can then be routed to the appropriate department, allowing staff to manage all related activity. During daily operations, WebEOC also allows for the management of non-emergency events such as inspections.
WebEOC lets users keep tabs on the status of data from a number of sources including resource status, press coverage, property damage, road closures, and shelter status. Users can manage tasks related to resource requests and post updates.
After Action Review
WebEOC supports after action review by allowing users to document comments and recommendations after an event and track the resolution of action items. Users can publish situation reports in ICS or ESF format, including ICS 214.
