Scenario Manager

Basic and advanced scenario management tools are available to help create an interrelated framework for modeling discrete parameters. Input elements such as personnel, vehicle shifts, calls and hotspots can be added to, duplicated or extracted from scenarios to create situational variations.


Financial Analysis

Fixed and variable operating costs related to personnel, building maintenance and vehicle expenses can be configured and tracked in relation to revenue. The financial impact of processes and procedures can then be modeled by month, call, vehicle or region for comparison and reporting.


Call generation, complex dispatch rules and scene behavior logic can be simulated to enhance understanding of the various factors that affect performance. For example, a calibrated road network based on AVL, historic trip analysis and stochastic trip time multipliers produces highly accurate response time estimates for typical traffic patterns.


Post-Plan Development

Historic call, vehicle location and other data are used to identify availability levels, response tiers and base locations. Plans can then be built using geographic grids or demand hotspots. Subsequently, plans can be edited, used in modeling, monitored for compliance, or used to explore variations and optimize coverage area positioning.
